Since it was created, Mayor Sextet has made many tours and has been part of the show “Argentine Tango”, performing in many cities around the world with great success between 1983 and 1992.  They have recorded over a hundred songs. They have also been members of the cast of  “Passion tango”, which performed in the United States and in Europe. Some of their best versions are “Orgullo criollo” (“Creole pride”), “Canaro en París” (“Canaro in Paris”), “Adiós Nonino” (“Goodbye Nonino”), “Recuerdo” (“Memory”), “Silbando” (“Whistling”) and “Trenzas” (“Braids”).
