Guitar player, lyricist and composer, he was born in 1915. He started his
musical career accompanying Santiago Devin´s quartet in 1933 and playing
in Stentor radio station. He formed a duet with Alberto Gómez, with whom
he shared almost thirty years of career, touring around different places.
However, at the same time, he also performed as a guitarist accompanying
singers like Jorge Vidal, Alberto Marino, Oscar Alonso and Nelly Omar. In
1972 he recorded some albums, and was the author of some tangos, such as:
“Hoy al recordarla” (“Today, when I remember her”), “La abandoné
y no sabía” (“I abandoned her and I didn´t know”), “Tarde”
(“Late”) and “Y dicen que no te quiero” (“And they say that I
don´t love you”).
