He was born in 1935 in La Plata (Buenos Aires). In his beginnings he sang jazz and started with tango in 1955 in Carlos Figari's orchestra. He continued his career as a soloist with Roberto Pansera´s orchestra and he recorded some albums as "En esta esquina te encuentro" ("I´ll meet you at that corner") and "Catorce con el tango" ("Fourteen with tango").
